Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of this agreement "you" means the affiliate and "we" means Realworld-Travel.com Limited. The affiliate is responsible for making and updating the link(s) from their web or intranet site to the Realworld-Travel.com Limited website. Once an affiliate application has been accepted, Realworld-Travel.com Limited Limited will provide a code to the affiliate that must be embedded in the affiliate link, also provided by Realworld-Travel.com Limited Limited.

It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that the code has been properly embedded in the link provided. Commission will only be earned on sales that can be traced to the code embedded in the affiliate link; all other links to the Realworld-Travel.com Limited website that do not carry the affiliate code will not earn commission. Images, logos and other material provided to the affiliate by Realworld-Travel.com Limited must not be modified. For each directed sale made in Realworld-Travel.com Limited, the affiliate will earn a 2.5% commission providing the customer accessed the Realworld-Travel.com Limited site via the affiliate link.

Commissions will be paid on a quarterly basis by Realworld-Travel.com Limited company cheque. If the outstanding amount owed to an affiliate at the end of each quarter is less than £50.00 a cheque will not be issued. Once the amount owed passes £50.00, the total amount due to the affiliate will be paid at the end of that quarter. The affiliate is responsible for the maintenance and operation of their own site and outgoing links. Customers that purchase goods through the Realworld-Travel.com Limited website are deemed to be customers of Realworld-Travel.com Limited. We reserve the right to change any part of the affiliate scheme at any time. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time immediately by giving 14 days written notice. On termination of the agreement, the affiliate must cease to use any Realworld-Travel.com Limited images, logos or links on their site.
