You'll encounter one of the world's tallest buildings, the buzz of a modern Asian city, make an easy trek through fabulous tea plantation scenery, visit spectacular caves and splash about in waterfalls, meet adorable young elephants etc. |
Day 1 | KUALA LUMPUR Arrive and transfer to your hotel which is centrally located and has a wonderful pool. (No meals)
| Day 2 | KUALA LUMPUR Today we will take guided tour of the highlights of the city and in the evening we explore the night markets with some great opportunities to try the delicious local food. (BD)
| Day 3 | CAMERON HIGHLANDS Head north to the Cameron Highlands, an old British Hillstation. On the way we'll visit the waterfalls at Iskandar and also visit a village of the Orang Asli, Malaysia's indigenous people. (B)
| Day 4 | CAMERON HIGHLANDS A morning jungle trek where we will see the local Indian people plucking the tea leaves and perhaps spot the unusual pitcher plant. We also visit gardens, plantations and a local market. The scenery here is spectacular with rolling misty hills covered in lush green tea plantations and rainforest jungle. Free afternoon to relax or wander around and chat with the locals. (BD)
