Start with a bang of big-city excitement and attractions including the monuments of Washington D.C., the Southern charm of Atlanta, the music and bars of Bourbon Street in New Orleans, and the uniquely Texan flavour of San Antonio. Leave the cities behind for five days of desert wonderland, from the remote splendour of Big Bend NP to the saguaro cactus-studded vistas of the Sonoran Desert, including a wonderful 'once in a lifetime' experience at our secluded cowboy camp. This is the perfect prelude to visiting the Native American lands of the Navajo Indians at Monument Valley, and the magnificent scenery of Grand Canyon NP.
Finish with a final flourish of real American contrasts - the solitude and natural beauty of Death Valley NP - amidst the neon of Las Vegas and the razzle-dazzle of Los Angeles.
