Morocco is a truly fascinating destination. At just under 4 hours flight time from the UK you will feel you are in another world, a world that offers a fascinating combination of Arabia and Africa. The imperial cities of Fes and Marrakech are full of bustling markets (souks) and beautiful palaces, ornate mosques and tiny alleyways all encompassed by ancient city walls. Moroccan cities are the place to go shopping as you can pick up leatherware, pottery, spices, carpets and beautiful wood carvings. The famous Djemma el Fna in Marrakech comes to life at dusk when the snake charmers, magicians and story tellers fill the square with their noise and excitement.
This trip takes in the Imperial cities of Fes, Meknes and Marrakech as well as Casablaca and Rabat. The Hotels you stay in on this tour are 5 star for maximum comfort. In Marrakech you stay in the famous La Mamounia, a favourite of Winston Churchill. |
